Mr. Rupal Gupta, founder and CEO, has more than 16 years of expertise in the solar industry and associated fields. He formerly held the position of Business Head of the Solar Division at Robotina d.o.o. Slovenia, where he acquired important experience in the creation and application of cutting-edge solar solutions for companies all over the world. As a member of Lanco Solar's technology and development team, Mr. Rupal Gupta furthered his knowledge in solar technology, instrumentation, and control. With a background in meteorological analytics, Mr. Rupal Gupta adds a distinctive viewpoint to Solar Power, allowing us to create unique solutions that are specifically catered to the needs and demands of our clients. Mr. Rupal Gupta is the director of Oriana's Solar Power section. He is the ideal choice to head up the Sales and Business Development activity because of his enthusiasm for quality and innovation. Oriana has propelled itself to become a strong competitor in the solar energy business thanks to his unique ability to forge long-lasting bonds with his clientele while offering them world-class services.

He has an extensive exposure in the manufacturing industry and has worked with top MNC’s of India including Essar Steel. In addition to his experience in the private sector, Mr. Anirudh Saraswat has also been involved in UN projects bringing a global perspective to his work. At Oriana, Apart from being responsible for the overall growth and expansion of the business, investor & banking relationships are also managed by him. He is also the custodian of Government Contracts and International expansion. With a deep understanding of the solar industry and a passion for sustainability, Mr. Anirudh Saraswat is committed to delivering exceptional results for our clients. Neeraj Gupta is a highly motivated and optimistic Serial Entrepreneur. He started his journey by setting up an automobile garage in the year 2000 and then moved on to start an employee transportation business. His company became the largest fleet operator in India with over 2000 cabs by the year 2006. Recognised as the pioneer of modern Cab Services in India, he went on to set up India’s largest tech enabled taxi services under the brand ‘Meru’. With a fleet of over 20000 cabs operating in 24 cities having served over 20 million unique users ‘Meru Cabs’ became a household name in India by the year 2010. In the year 2021, he exited the business by selling his company to the Mahindra Group. Since then he has been a prolific investor in various start-ups and small and medium enterprises. Rajat Surey is a highly accomplished professional with an impressive educational background. He graduated from both the Indian Institutes of Technology (IIT) and the Indian Institutes of Management (IIM) in 1997. After completing his education, Mr. Surey went on to work for ICRA Limited as the head of Asset Securitization. He then worked as a director at Standard Chartered Bank before transitioning to the solar energy industry in 2012. In the solar industry, Mr. Surey has held several prominent positions, including director of Faber Capital, director of Premier Solar Group, and currently, he is associated with Starsight Premier Energy Group as Chief Technology Officer. Dr. O S Sastry

Dr. O. Sastry, a highly regarded scientist, served in the Ministry of Defence, Vishakhapatnam, Government of India (GOI), where he made remarkable contributions to the field of solar energy. As the driving force behind the establishment of the National Photovoltaic Test Facility (PVTF), he successfully led the comprehensive completion of the project. Notably, PVTF became the first PV laboratory in the country to receive NABL accreditation for testing PV modules.

In his role as a senior scientist, Dr. Sastry played a pivotal role in establishing testing, certification, and standardisation activities related to SP0056 components, systems, and applications in India. He oversaw the development of state-of-the-art facilities for lighting systems, PV water pumping system testing, and comprehensive testing for PV module qualification and safety.

Dr. Sastry's extensive expertise extends to technical auditing of testing laboratories and field systems. He also initiated efforts to establish additional test centres, including ETDC (Bangalore), CPRI (Bangalore), and ERTL (Kolkata), to meet the increasing demand for testing PV systems.

With a strong research background, Dr. Sastry has authored/co-authored over 160 scientific articles in international journals and conferences, focusing on solar photovoltaic applications and reliability. He is recognized as one of the top scientists in solar energy, with high citations on ResearchGate, particularly in the area of SPV applications and reliability. Additionally, he has co-authored six scientific books and mentored numerous doctoral, postgraduate, and undergraduate students.

Dr. Sastry's expertise encompasses material characterization techniques, solar cells, PV module characterization, power electronics, control systems, SPV program design and management, test and certification infrastructure creation, outdoor performance and reliability of PV systems, consultancy services, field inspection and assessment of PV power plants, general administration, and SPV teaching/training.

He holds a Ph.D. degree from IIT-Delhi, further solidifying his knowledge and qualifications in the field.
